MANDARIN OIL
Mandarin oil has sweet, light, floral, fruity aroma which makes it popular and is used in creating aromas.
Dried rind of mandarin is traditionally used in cooking Chinese food and they use it for medicinal purposes also. In 19th century it got famous and reached Europe. The name mandarin came from the colour which was used by Chinese officials in old Chinese empire.
